Refund policy

Physical Products:

All sales of physical merchandise are handled through our print-on-demand partner. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at steviiveeproduction@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered and downloaded, we cannot offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
